There can be multiple reasons why you might not be able to use your account to place a purchase at the moment.

The most common reasons are:

  • You have a credit max of 5.000 DKK, this means if you at any time should reach this limit, you will your purchase attempt fail.

  • If you haven't paid your monthly installment in time, you won't be able to use your account, until you've paid off the due amount.

  • Every time you attempt to place an order through Anyday Split, a credit check will happen. At the given time, you might not be approved by the credit check. If this is the case, we are not able to see the exact reason.

  • Remember to make sure that the information you've provided is correct. And match the information on your account.
