When an order is placed in your online shop, it automatically reserves the money on the customer’s card. In order to withdraw the money from the customer’s card, you have to make a capture in your shop module (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc) or on your Quickpay account. You are not allowed to capture physical orders before you ship them, it is therefore not allowed to enable auto-capture.

If you have captured the order already, and still haven't received the settlement, payouts may have been set on hold, due to various reasons. If this should be the case, you should already have been informed. However, you are always welcome to contact our support, for and elaboration.

Note: We settle your accounts weekly (unless otherwise agreed). Usually, you will receive your payments Thursday, sometimes Friday. In the case of public holidays, you may receive your money later than usual.
