It’s possible to receive notifications when you receive a chargeback. However, this is not set up automatically.
If you would like to be notified, please follow the instructions below:
Go to Dashboard
Got to Settings
Select what notification you wish to receive.
You can also decide how often you wish to be notified, you can go for daily and weekly.
Tip: When you receive a dispute, it can turn out to be expensive if it ends up with a chargeback. We, therefore, suggest that you do your utmost best to rectify the dispute with the customer who made the dispute, start out with trying to reach out to them on mail and phone. And try and understand the customers’ needs and why they made the dispute, to begin with.
