There can be multiple reasons as to why you can't capture a Visa or Mastercard transaction. But the most common reason is that you have reached your capture limit. An example of a capture limit could be €6.500 over 30 days.
The limit does not mean that your customers won’t be able to pay if you hit your limit in less than 30 days. It only means that you won’t be able to capture the amount until Anyday raises your limit, or you get below €6.500 in 30 days.
This precaution is for safety reasons, to reduce fraud for you as an online store, and for us as an acquirer.
For Anyday orders, the most common reason as to why you may not be able to capture an orders. Is if you haven't captured it within your Capture Expiration Days, which is 7 days. If this is the case, it will most often be best to get the customer to place a new order.
