If you get this response code it means that your online shop has been blocked by the cardholder. The online shop can therefore not deduct any money on the card, both regular one-time payments, and recurring transactions.
Suggestion: If you should get this error message, Anyday suggests that you consider your next steps. As if a cardholder has blocked your shop, it usually means that their expectations haven’t been met and that they, therefore, are unhappy.
We suggest that you do your best to get in contact with the cardholder, to resolve the dispute. And turn the unhappy customer into a satisfied one.
